Coping Skills Crash Course - DBT
Join us after the holidays for an introduction to one of the most respected and effective coping skills systems for people of all ages- Dialectical Behavior Therapy or DBT. This intro course is designed for young teens ages 12-15 and their parents or guardians and will provide an overview of DBT as well as a taste of each of its modules- mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
