Kristin employs a combination of treatment approaches to meet individual needs. She has an empathic manner and utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She is a newly certified AutPlay Therapist, with a special interest in working with individuals and supporting families navigating anxiety and neurodivergent diagnoses, such as Selective Mutism, ADHD and Autism.
